It has been 17 years since Valicom’s first client satisfaction survey was distributed, and since then Valicom has pulled the constructive pieces of feedback and applied the comments and recommendations into Valicom’s products and services. Listening to customer feedback has always been a large part of the success of the company and for the first time in 17 years, Valicom is ecstatic to announce a perfect score of 4.0!

Valicom Reports High 4th Quarter Client Satisfaction Scores

Valicom’s telecom expense management (TEM) clients reported continued high satisfaction scores for the fourth quarter of 2013.   Since 2000, we have been surveying clients to learn how satisfied they are in eight key areas: professionalism, overall expectation, communication, quality and accuracy, understanding client needs, responsiveness, meeting deadlines, and overall value.  The combined client satisfaction scores for the 4th quarter, and the average for all of 2013, were 3.93 on a 4.0 scale.

Telecom expense management firm Valicom reports record high client satisfaction scores for 3rd quarter 2012.   The scores were 3.88 on a 4.0 scale, with three-quarters of clients registering a perfect score.  This continues Valicom’s thirteen year tradition of surveying clients quarterly, to learn how well they are delivering in eight key areas:  professionalism, overall expectation, communication, quality and accuracy, understanding client needs, responsiveness, meeting deadlines, and overall value.

Valicom Posts Record High Client Satisfaction Scores for Q3 2011

Valicom, a twenty year veteran of telecom expense management, reports continued high client satisfaction survey scores with its third quarter 2011 results.  A strong combination of web-based software, flexible delivery options and excellent, experienced Telecom Audit teams creates an environment for client success, savings and satisfaction.  The client satisfaction scores were 3.89 on a 4.0 scale, a record high.
