As new mobile data pooling options hit the market, the need for a strong wireless optimization program is even higher, as we discussed in a recent post.
But even without that added pressure, keeping a lid on your mobile and wireless expenses is getting more challenging. You simply MUST have an accurate inventory, and be aware of your data and minute usage, to be able to compare plans and make decisions. Then you can actually determine if data or minute pooling will save you money, or if BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) options would work for your firm.
We’ll be writing a white paper soon on wireless specific issues and best practices, so stay tuned for that. In the meantime, download our White Paper: “Telecom & Wireless Cost Control: What You Need To Know”
New white paper outlining seven best practices in managing telecom and wireless expenses. The white paper is a good primer for setting up a good telecom expense management program. The paper also showcases how modern web-based telecom expense management software tools support the use of these best practices.
