The following is outline of a case study where, when faced with a lack of internal expertise and resources, this energy client decided it was time to outsource their telecom invoice processing.

Working together, Valicom and the energy management client audited and populated existing inventory into Clearview. These efforts resulted in $145,000 in one time credits and $400,000 in on going savings. Valicom provided benchmark pricing and data points for the client to assist in negotiating new, more competitive rates for soon-to-be expiring contracts. The client now utilizes Valicom’s web-based TEM software, Clearview, for centralized invoice processing and bill pay.
